Ms. Truong Thi Huyen – Director of HTM Macrame Factory (Cam Cui Macrame) shares:

“It can be said that 2021 was a year of many changes, in which the Covid-19 pandemic is considered a major global crisis. However, it was also a turning point in my career, when it brought me to Macrame – a creative form of knotting art. I started to explore, research, and create my first Macrame products during the social distancing period, and from then on I felt I had found my passion. Leaving behind my previous job, I began to nurture the dream of expanding my business of handmade products crafted by the skillful hands of Vietnamese people. After going through difficult times, in May 2022, I officially turned a new page and started the Macrame business with a new mission.”

These are all housewives who have been trained, and they then weave the products at home to both assist with household chores and contribute to the family's income.

Achievements

2,000 wall hangings exported for the Homerus Dubai brand

1,200 children's backpacks for the Zara Spain brand

In 2022, we also exported products to markets: Thailand, Brunei, New Zealand, US, and fulfilled many processing orders for sellers on e-commerce channels Amazon, Etsy.
